Hi it’s Danielle. We sell sugar free chocolate in the office. The flavors we have are milk, dark, mint, almond and white. The taste of this chocolate is so unbelievable, you almost feel like you are cheating. Great News its allowed on the diet. What I like to do is take a half of bar of this chocolate and melt it in the microwave until its turned to liquid. I like to dip strawberries, blueberries or rasberries as a desert. Sometimes, I even take a few slices of granny smith apple and dip it in. While everyone else is eating dessert at least you can feel like you can join them.

Hi its Rachael. Just wanted to share a meal idea. Its taco salad. We can all have corn tortillas, so add some grilled chicken, lettuce and top with Trader Joe’s Salsa Verde - which is the only one with no vinegar. Muy rico!

    Hi,
One challenge I’ve had is cooking for a family while on the diet. I’ve come up with an entree that works for all.

    Tortilla Chicken

4 chicken cutlets, thinned, washed and patted dry
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    melted butter
    corn tortilla chips
    chopped cilantro

Take approximately 6 ozs. of tortilla chips and finely crush them (either with mallet or rolling pin in a plastic bag)
Add seasonings to bag and combine.

Melt 1/4 cup of butter. Dip chicken in melted butter to coat. Place chicken in bag and coat on all sides. Place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Repeat with other chicken.
Bake in 350 oven about 20 mins. or until done. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
